Yesterday an old man said I was eye candy. He said this to the Man. It was actually the Man's mom's cousin's boyfriend, Tom.
I met the Man's mom's cousin and her boyfriend yesterday between work and rehearsal. They were visiting from Los Angeles.
When I returned from rehearsal and snuggled with the man on the couch I said
Leslie: I think you should tell me I'm pretty.
Man: What? Well, you know I think you are. Nothing's changed.
L: Uh huh...
M: And Tom said you're eye-candy!
L: Thanks, Tom.

Eep...awkward but..kind of nice? Although it reminds me of when an uncle got drunk at Christmas and told me I had "come-hither eyes". EW.
