I'm pretty damn excited about this three-day weekend. But I am bit sad that I won't see the Man for almost a week. He's in an out of town for work. When I'm home, he's out and when he's home, I'll be with J, K, and A in CNY for a mini-reunion.
I leave right after work today to pick up J and head out. We'll likely have some greasy road food and sing a lot of Billy Joel in the car. Good times.
The problem I have right now is that the work day before the three-day weekend is always so LOOOOOOONNNGG. But I'm sure I'll make it. Just.
