I love the flowers in your neighborhood. I like how when people don't have a lot of space to plant things, everything counts & the whole thing is really well thought-out.
Yes, that's exactly how I feel about it. Also, despite the fact that so many places are going condo, there are still a lot of older people and entrenched families who have been there for years and are really proud of making their small space look beautiful.
