"Uh, she's my sister, dude."

Funny thing my brother said while we were at dinner Monday night:

"So I was trying to shovel my driveway so I could get the car to the house, and the neighbor came by to offer to snow blow it. I said that I’d probably be done in about 20 minutes, so no thanks. It took way more than 20 minutes and luckily he came back and snow-blowered the hell out of the driveway, so I offered him a couple of beers inside for his help. I talked about my girlfriend who’d just moved out and he said:

'It’s too bad that other girl doesn’t live here anymore. She was a good woman – she mowed the lawn and plowed the snow off the driveway. Oh yeah.'

'Uh, she’s my sister, dude.'

'Oh. Uh, gotta go…'"
