Someone is cold and that someone is me

Last night I couldn't get warm as we were doing the show because the theatre was about 30 degrees below zero and I was too stupid to bring tights or leggings* or something to wear under my costume. I was so cold and shivery that my muscles ached from being so clenched the whole time so I skipped our formal party and went straight home and to bed. COLD.

Then I woke up to this:
That's not my car but it is a car on my street. Yes - that's snow and ice on the rear window. Sigh...

Driving into work there were tons of cops and a huge tow truck on the bridge I cross to get out of Ball Square. It turns out someone had driven onto the curb, through the chain-link fence, and down a small hill.

I hope everyone's day gets better and warmer.

*I don't own leggings. I never wanted to either, except for last night.

I saw an accident happen right in front of me on Highland as you head into Davis yesterday. AND there was an accident scene on 128 headed home. And that was BEFORE it froze over. Oi.
