BLING BABY II

This is a story about an artist who is possibly named BLING BABY II. I'm not really sure exactly.
Yesterday morning as I walked to the T to go to work, I noticed some spray paint art on the bike path. Now, the bike path is wonderful because you don't have to walk on the street and it takes you straight to the T stop and it's flanked by lovely flowers and trees and things. From time to time people think they need to "add" to the aesthetic of the path, and typically I don't mind. For a long time there were spray painted hearts there. Then a hot pink stencil of a toaster. And yesterday morning, something like this:

Only, the medium was pink and yellow paint on blacktop rather than red stick pen on the back of a requisition I pulled out of the recycling.

When I got off the T in the evening to walk home I noticed that the squiggles had been black-topped over, kind of like graffiti in a bathroom stall that says something about having a good time. "Sure", I thought. It made sense. I didn't pay much attention; it didn't bother me there or covered up.
But.
This morning when I walked to the T to go to work, I noticed this sign, spray painted to a wall:
And then on one of the dark spots that had been covered yesterday someone had spray painted:
BLING BABY II*

I was really ok with the swirly paint and other street art. But I absolutely hate to think of a mom with two kids and a dog happily strolling on the bike path and one kid asking:
"Mommy, what's SHIT?"**
Ugh. Seriously? This is PUBLIC space that we all have to SHARE. I really wish that I could head butt BABY BLING II and force her(him?) to have to cover up all of that crap. I'm betting that BABY BLING II doesn't pay for any more of the public space than anyone else does through taxes so I wonder why BABY BLING II feels so entitled to be able to decorate there?

Disapproving Taxpayer is Disapproving.

*This really makes me wonder what happened to BLING BABY the first...
**The answer to this question would of course be: "It's the word for people who fuck*** with community property".
***"Mommy, what's fuck?"
